Using data from the EvidenceNOW study of > 1,500 primary care practices, will characterizes features of primary care practices whose average burnout decreased over the course of the multi-year quality improvement intervention
Using claims data, will assess whether patient outcomes differ for PCPs who reduce their
clinical effort
Using American Board of Family Medicine data, will assess changes in burnout over
time and the association of EHR burden with these changes

Using EHR audit log data from across the Mass General Brigham system (both academic and community sites), will seek to granularly quantify the time associated with taking care of a contemporary primary care panel
