- Using data from the EvidenceNOW study of > 1,500 primary care practices, will characterizes features of primary care practices whose average burnout decreased over the course of the multi-year quality improvement intervention
- Using claims data, will assess whether patient outcomes differ for PCPs who reduce their
clinical effort - Using American Board of Family Medicine data, will assess changes in burnout over
time and the association of EHR burden with these changes
Projects Requiring Data Aquisition
- Using EHR audit log data from across the Mass General Brigham system (both academic and community sites), will seek to granularly quantify the time associated with taking care of a contemporary primary care panel
